Mr. Saturn’s Stars #21 Weekly Horoscopes for 1/29 – 2/4, 2018

Weekly Horoscopes for 1/29 – 2/4, 2018

Hi kids!!! Welcome again to Mr. Saturn’s Stars. There’s a song by The Mamas and the Poppas stuck in my head now and I just can’t stop humming it. It’s called “Own Kind Of Music” and I ‘d like to dedicate the lyrics of it to the 800,000 “Dreamers” out there who have been left swinging in the wind by our elected officials. For some reason these “suits” couldn’t seem to understand the fact that over 80% of your fellow Americans want you here to stay, including Mr. Saturn.

I’d also like to send the song out to all you “Lost” fans that might remember the tune from the first episode of season two when the world of “The Island” was suddenly transformed (4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42).

“Nobody can tell ya

There’s only one song worth singin’,

They may try and sell ya,

‘Cause it hangs them up to see someone like you.

But you’ve gotta make your own kind of music

Sing your own special song,

Make your own kind of music, even if nobody else sings along.”

Aries- This week’s Super Full Moon in your House of Creativity and Romance will be aligning with Mars in your House of Philosophy, meaning that you’ll likely be full of ideas, inspirations, and even some amorous desires that you’ll want to turn into immediate realities. Saturn and Pluto in your House of Career would point to time being on your side right now in terms of getting where you want to go, but only if you can remain patient and make sure to cross every “t” and dot every “i” as you move forward. The Sun, Venus, and Mercury in your House of Groups should insure plenty of cooperation from any playmates and/or co-conspirators as you push forward to conquer whatever it is you’re after, although with an inconjunct between the Super Moon and Neptune in your House of Secrets you could end up revealing more than you should to someone you’re just getting to know. You have a lot going for you now, just make sure not to let your current optimism turn into irresponsible euphoria or a sophomoric infatuation with fame and fortune. Mr. Saturn would remind you “Nothing exceeds like excess is only true in the film Scarface.”

Taurus- The struggle for you now is to realize that your current perspective is still largely based on whom you were and how you used to think, rather than who you’ve become and how the circumstances of your life have changed. This week’s Super Moon is in your House of Symbolic Foundations and it aligns with Mars in your House of Transformation, indicating that you’re already the person you’ve been striving to be; all that’s left now is to act like it. You currently possess the resources to make some long held dreams come true, therefore, have the confidence to take a calculated risk and stop thinking of what could go wrong as if you were being made to jump out of an airplane without a parachute. With Venus in your House of Career squaring off with Jupiter in your House of Partnerships, make sure that you also understand what it means to help people help themselves instead of letting them become codependent and drain your energy. Mr. Saturn would say, “Teach them to fish, don’t keep treating them at the fish market.”

Gemini- This could be a time when your usual racehorse mind might actually stop creating problems by trying to head life off at the pass and instead let things simply be what they are. This might allow you to remember why you’ve chosen the path you’re on rather than constantly worrying about whether or not you’ll be successful. This week’s Super Moon in your House of Communication aligning with Mars in your House of Relationships might find you finally being honest with someone close to you, instead of talking around things to spare their feelings while at the same time ignoring your own. Saturn and Pluto in your House of Death and Transformation are currently aligning with Neptune in your House of Public Image in order to help you realize that what you said to this person was not only in your best interests but theirs as well. In other words, the time has come for you to significantly close the anxiety gap between needing to be accepted by others and simply feeling good about doing what’s right for you. As the Jefferson Airplane sang, “You can do whatever you please/ The world’s waiting to be seized/ You can collect all neglect/ Or all the self respect you need.”

Cancer- The Moon is your ruling planet and this week’s Super Moon in Noble Leo should have you feeling like Popeye after he’s eaten his spinach, especially since it will be aligning with Mars in “I don’t give a sh*t” Sagittarius. Just remember to keep your cool with a hater, after all, like it say’s in the song that’s quoted at the beginning of this week’s horoscopes, “’Cause it hangs them up to see someone like you.” Mercury will also be aligning with Mars this week so you should not only feel spunkier than usual but also sharp as a razor, so sharp in fact that those haters I mentioned before won’t realize your rapier like wit has cut them to the quick until you’re long gone and their pride is dripping on the floor. A Fixed Jupiter/Venus square over the weekend involving your Houses of Creativity and Transformation should have you once again solving the world’s problems, yet at the same time also forgetting to keep for yourself some of that Infinite Love and Compassion you channel for everyone else. Nevertheless, your guardian Angel (and Mr. Saturn) will be watching over you, so don’t be surprised if there’s a nice glass of wine waiting when you get home.

Leo- Having the Super Moon in your sign this week begs the question, what do you need to do that you’ve been neglecting? Mars in flammable Sagittarius aligning with the Super Moon will undoubtedly light a fire under your arse; are you feeling the heat yet? Jupiter on the Home Front squaring Venus in your House of Relationships would suggest you tap into some of that Leo Nobility and take the lead to improve the situation for you and yours. Saturn and Pluto in your House of Routines have no time or patience for lip service now, so take off those lazy Leo lounging pants and grab a hammer and fix something (even if that means hitting yourself in the head a few times to stimulate the blood flow to your brain). Once you get in gear Uranus will floor it and then you’ll suddenly remember how you like being in charge and having everyone look up to you. And don’t worry about those lumps on your head. That fine mind of yours is now functioning at optimum level and that Leonine charisma has also kicked in, meaning that someone may just want to soothe what ails you (if you get my drift, and I know you do with all that blood circulating). Hell, even Mr. Saturn is blushing.

Virgo- With this week’s Super Moon in Leo aligning with Neptune in your House of Relationships and Mars in your Home area, this could be the perfect time to review the underlying dynamics of your closest associations. Jupiter in your House of Communications and Venus in your House of Routines are trying to point out that perhaps your willingness to always be of service to those you care for might have created a situation where these individuals are now taking you for granted. The transit of both Saturn and Pluto through your House of Creativity then becomes about taking the necessary steps to restructure how your relationships play out by learning to say “no” when it is appropriate for your sanity and well being. You could also be confronting a similar problem on the work front as you find yourself tiring under the strain of needing to be nice to people who are not being very nice to you. Take a deep breath or count to ten and if that doesn’t work then try to think of that glass of wine that’s waiting for you at home. You might also try to take solace in the insightful words of the U.S.A’s most recent Nobel Laureate in Literature, “I wish that for just one time you could stand inside my shoes/ You’d know what a drag it is to see you.”

Libra- Your are effectively being triangulated by feelings of dark foreboding as the week begins with foggy Neptune in your House of Routines and Work, Saturn and Pluto in your Home area, and a very personal Jupiter in Scorpio being squared by a very impersonal Venus in Aquarius. Add to all this the Super Moon in your House of Dreams aligning with Mars in your House of Writing and Communication and the stage is set for you to be feeling all dressed up with no place to go. Take heart though, only 13 minutes after the Super Moon arrives Mercury will enter your House of Creativity, meaning you could finally receive some tangible proof that the world hasn’t forgotten about you and that life really does go on after the sh*t has hit the fan. To continue the lyrics of the song that was quoted in the introduction to this week’s horoscopes, “It may be rough goin’,/ Just to do your thing’s the hardest thing to do.” I know this is a hard time but hang in there my scale friends, eventually good stuff will start to happen and balance out this massive fertilizer avalanche you’ve been experiencing so far in 2018.

Scorpio- As the Monty Python Boys used to say, “No one expects the Spanish Inquisition!” In other words, get ready for some surprises this week as the Super Moon explodes like a Super Nova in your House of Dreams just as Mercury arrives in Aquarius at the bottom of your chart to align with Mars in your House of Self Worth. This will all be very exciting and things will no doubt happen quickly, although with Saturn and Pluto in your House of Mental Processes and Thinking you will no doubt try to wrap your mind around it all before you allow yourself even the smallest “OMG, I DON’T BELIEVE THIS!” Well, believe it. You have an opportunity now to make your life into anything you want, you could even fall in love, but no matter what happens your control issues will be seriously challenged. Therefore, take some time over the weekend to reflect and ask yourself the following question, “Where do I want to be in 5 years and is it possible to get there if I’m not willing to trust what’s happening now? Your sign rules death, so why not try to look at all these current unexpected happenings as a kind of “petite morte”, after all, don’t the French say such little deaths feel good?

Sagittarius- Sometimes enlightenment is like a cannon going off and other times it’s the sound of one hand clapping. The Super Moon this week will be in Leo and your House of Philosophy and it will oppose Mercury in Aquarius and your House of Day to Day Thinking. Simply put, on the one hand you will have the Super Moon in the Sun ruled sign of Leo showing what’s possible, and on the other hand you will have communicative Mercury in Aquarius, which rules the collective and the status quo. The ego versus the hive mind with both channeling a tremendous amount of energy into your sign just as Mars, the planet of action, comes charging in. Saturn and Pluto currently in your House of Self Worth represent structure and destruction respectively, so with Mars arriving and awaiting further orders from you there’s no getting around the fact that this is a time of personal revolution. So, what will your manifesto be and who will write it? Jupiter behind the scenes aligning with Pluto and Saturn represents the philosophical dilemma of wealth versus ethics, or the eternal struggle of the haves and the have not’s. Which do you feel like and are you ready to re-evaluate what you think you deserve?

Capricorn- There are two conflicting tendencies going on within you right now. The first is about what you think people expect of you, while the other is much more intimate and represents what you secretly long for but fear you may not deserve. At this time, The Sun, Venus, and Mercury in your House of Self Worth represent your outward desire to be successful, although it is important to recognize how much this ambition could also be the projection of some hidden approval issues. The Super Moon in Leo this week will be in your House of Intimacy and it will align with Mars behind the scenes to ignite some very strong passions in you now for a deep one on one relationship. The more you try to subvert this emotional longing into a material form, the more depressed and frustrated you will likely get, especially with Saturn and Pluto in your sign opposing your House of Partnerships. Any truly profound metamorphosis for you at this time will likely have to do with how you approach an intimate one on one relationship rather than how you detach from your emotions to negotiate the professional sphere. As a word to the wise Mr. Saturn would suggest, “The time to hesitate is through/no time to wallow in the mire.”

Aquarius- You have been focused on succeeding at one thing for so long now you apparently have forgotten that life is a full spectrum affair. Well, the Super Moon in your House of Relationships aligning with Mars in your House of Dreams will serve to remind you what’s what in dramatic fashion. In fact, you should hear Cupid laughing at just about the same time as you feel an unexpected sharp pain in your butt. “OMG!!! Have I been shot with an arrow!!” Surprise!!! Unlike in your career, which you have been directing with ruthless efficiency over the last few months, this love thing is going to present a big time challenge to all your control and vulnerability issues. You’re not used to being emotional, but with Neptune currently in your House of Self Worth, you might be pleasantly (or unpleasantly) surprised at just how mushy you can get. Whatever you do though, try not to turn an affair of the heart into a performance in any way, shape, or form. With the Sun and Venus currently in your sign you certainly have enough charm and charisma going for you now to get away with play-acting at being the lover, however, don’t underestimate the backlash (and ultimate regret on your part) if you engage someone else’s heart and then get cold feet. As the song goes, “What’s it all about when you sort it out, Alfie?/Are we meant to take more than we give/Or are we meant to be kind?”

Pisces- Jupiter in your House of Philosophy squaring Venus behind the scenes is going to make you even more sensitive than usual. Add to this the Super Moon aligning with Mars and Mercury and you will probably feel more courageous about expressing yourself emotionally than you ever have before. This will certainly go against type and the “cool” image you have previously cultivated, but that’s a good thing, maybe even a great thing. Neptune in your sign has had you lost in a fog for a while and no doubt in true Neptunian fashion you have instead tried to pretend like you really know what’s going on. It’s not only been a rollercoaster ride for you, but for everyone that cares about you as well. The good news is that while Neptune can be about illusion, it can also be about enlightenment. So if we now go back to the square of Jupiter and Venus, we can start to see that the action of Jupiter in your House of Philosophy is trying to clear up some of that Neptunian confusion surrounding the nature of your feelings. This is because with Venus in the universal and unemotional sign of Aquarius, you are being given some guidance in how to get passed the confinement of your fear so that you may experience the strength, vulnerability, and forgiveness necessary to fully experience true love. And like the song say’s, “All You Need is Love”….Dah, da da da da….

Mr. Saturn’s Stars #19 Weekly Horoscopes for 1/15- 1/21, 2018

Weekly Horoscopes for 1/15 – 1/21, 2018

Hi kids!!! Glad to have y’all back at Mr. Saturn’s Stars.

“Faith is self confidence when the self has been surrendered.”

-Aleister Crowley

Aries- With a new Moon in Capricorn pairing up with Venus in your House of Career and squaring Uranus transiting through your sign, you’re no doubt feeling impatient with others this week, however, be careful. No one wants to have anything Rammed down their throats, even if it is something they’ll eventually come to love and need. A little patience will be advantageous to your current ideas of manifest destiny, so take your lead from judicious Jupiter in Scorpio as he aligns nicely with Pluto, the Ruler of Hidden Wealth. Mr. Saturn is also in your House of Career and he and Mercury have concocted a very practical plan for you. The only rub is that Mercury has been dispatched to deliver this important news to you on a goat and even though these friendly yet stubborn creatures are quite hardy, they are not particularly fast with a payload. Later in the week when the Sun and Venus enter Aquarius you’ll likely be busy with a group or organization that just can’t do without you. Listen to Mr. Saturn when he says, “forget what you might not have yet, fabulous certainly counts for something.”

Taurus- You could be struggling this week with making a commitment to either a person or a situation as the New Moon in Capricorn joins up with Venus and squares Uranus. If you’re worried about how this choice may limit your sovereignty or personal freedom perhaps you should first ask yourself what those concepts actually mean to you? The people and circumstances in our lives are supposed to change us; it’s called “evolution.” Are you willing to let someone or something change you or do you think you can bend the universe to your ego (or fear)? Jupiter and Mars in your House of Relationships aligning with Pluto in your House of Philosophy are debating this issue, however, there will be no winner or loser in this discussion if you have confidence in yourself. Just accept that change is inevitable and if it is love that has come knocking on your door, well…Mr. Saturn’s haiku this week is for you.

“If Love comes knocking

Let it in, you will always

Learn something useful”

Gemini- While the Sun, Moon, Venus, Pluto, Mercury, and Saturn are all in your House of Death, Resurrection, and Legacies this week, your commitments and responsibilities both at work and at home will be in need of immediate attention. Initially this will annoy you as Uranus in your House of Dreams will instead want to step out and play, however, duty will win out as Jupiter and Mars in your House of Routines align with Neptune to tug on your heartstrings and make sure you do the right thing. The only question that remains is have you been motivated to these tasks by love or guilt, or both? Reflecting on the answer to this may result in some disturbing moments as your dark side briefly rears its ugly head, but don’t worry, when the Sun and Venus cross over into Aquarius your secret will be safe and no one will suspect your behind the scenes meltdown. As Mr. Saturn will remind you, “no one wants to hear about the labor pains, they just want to see the baby.”

Cancer- A stellium of Capricorn Planets in your House of Relationships this week could cause you to feel overwhelmed with responsibility for those you care about. Jupiter and Mars in your House of Creativity will make it possible for you to draw on some very deep resources to take care of whatever dilemmas are facing you and yours, however, be careful that you don’t completely exhaust yourself in the process of trying to be “A Man (or Woman) For All Seasons.” With Uranus in harsh angle to all those aforementioned Capricorn planets there is also the distinct possibility that you could make the mistake of doing something for someone they should be doing for themselves. As a result, you could end up creating some unexpected (and unnecessary) problems for yourself. Because he hates saying “I told you so,” Mr. Saturn will instead comment to no one in particular (are you listening?) “No good deed goes unpunished…..” Nuff said!!!

Leo- The difference between fear and courage is mostly based on how you feel about yourself. The symbol for Leo is the Lion and, as a result, it is probably the sign of the zodiac most associated with courage. On the other hand Leo is a fixed sign so it can also be associated with inflexibility and dogma, which can sometimes lead to an unwillingness to upset the status quo for fear of losing one’s position. With a logjam of Capricorn planets in your House of Work being squared by Uranus, it is quite likely that you are currently being taken advantage of on the job and the time has come for you to stop being scared of what you might lose and instead speak up. Of course now we’re back to fear or courage being based on how you feel about yourself. Mr. Saturn would suggest you give a listen to the Tom Petty song that goes, “Well I know what’s right/ I got just one life/ In a world that keeps on pushin’ me around/ I’ll stand my ground/ And I won’t back down.”

Virgo- Rebellion is often the result of first having given your power away so that you can prove your worthiness by taking it back. This is a subtle psychological point that often goes unrecognized by all those angry young rebels out there who are projecting their fear and anger on the rest of the world in order to prove something. You need to realize you are no longer a boy or a girl and no one is forcing you to do anything. With 6 planets in Capricorn in your House of Creativity squaring Uranus in your House of Shared Resources, you have come to a threshold of understanding now and whether you do something or not should be based on what you want and not what someone else can manipulate you into. Make sure you are choosing your path based on love not on anger. Once you realize this it may be easier than expected to make a dream come true. As the song goes, “No one you can save that can’t be saved/ Nothing you can do, but you can learn how to be in time/ It’s easy/All you need is love…”

Libra- A traffic jam of planets in Capricorn and your House of Symbolic Foundations are all squaring individualistic Uranus and probably making you feel as if your whole world is shifting it’s axis and turning upside down. Jupiter and Mars in your House of Self Worth are offering some help, but because they’re in the sign of Scorpio now they could likely be an indication of inner attainment rather than outer manifestation, which is exactly what you need to realize right now even if that awareness is not currently making you feel any better. Because this is essentially a time of inner evolution it is important that you accept what’s happening and let it guide your decisions rather than clinging to an exterior comfort zone that’s no longer realistic. As another Libra once wrote in his book, “Psychedelic Prayers,”

“The seed of mystery

Lies in muddy water

How can we fathom the muddiness?

Water becomes clear through stillness

How can we become still?

By moving with the stream”

Scorpio- This is a time of attainment for you, yet because you’re a sign that’s ruled by the extremes of the eagle and the scorpion, which in turn represent both the Saint and the Sinner respectively, what you seek could very well be a spiritual accomplishment just as easily as it could be a material one. Either way though it’s going to be about “walking the walk” and not just “talking the talk,” meaning there are no shortcuts for what you want no matter how impatient your naturally intense nature may get. A crowd of planets in Capricorn and your House of Intellect are currently working with Jupiter and Mars in your sign, as well as Neptune in your House of Creativity, which would all indicate that your inherent wisdom will likely take the evolutionary steering wheel away from your naturally desirous temperament so that no matter what you end up with you will attain a true Mastery of yourself in the process. As the song goes, “Come all without, come all within/ You’ll not see nothing like the Mighty Quinn”

Sagittarius- The Second House is usually referred to as the “House of Earned Income,” though I prefer to call it the House of Self Worth because you usually won’t earn anymore than you feel you’re worth, a distinction that clearly puts the power of the house squarely in your hands. With a traffic jam of Capricorn Planets currently in your Second House the question you need to ask yourself is, do you feel you are getting what you’re worth from whoever is employing your services? Jupiter and Mars in Scorpio and your House of What’s Hidden are giving you everything from headaches to gas pains as they debate this matter with foggy, illusory Neptune down at the bottom of your chart. It won’t be until later in the week when the Sun, Venus, and the Moon all move into Aquarius and your House of Communication that you’ll finally be able to make out what Jupiter and Mars have been trying to tell you through the cloud of Neptune’s white noise. Hopefully at that point you’ll finally decide to start working with Uranus in your House of Creativity to begin actively seeking a situation worthy of your talents. Then you’ll be able to sing this Jackson Browne song to whoever’s been using you, “And then you’ll have to eat your lunch all by yourself/ Cause I’m already gone.”

Capricorn- The week will begin with 6 planets in your sign (including a New Moon) with all of them led by your ruler, Mr. Saturn. If that isn’t a mandate for some serious shit I don’t know what is. In addition, Jupiter and Mars will be supporting this goat-fest from your House of Groups, meaning it’s likely you’ll be a force to be reckoned with either at work or within whatever organizations you belong to or gatherings you attend. Uranus at the bottom of your chart could, in some instances, be a disruptive or rebellious influence, but with all that responsible Capricorn energy going on it’s more likely that the planet of freedom will give you a unique sense of purpose as you leap from one challenge to another like the mountain goat you are. When the Sun, Venus, and the Moon enter Aquarius later in the week they’ll be in your House of Self Worth, which should help you feel more connected to what’s going on around you and thereby more receptive than usual to the needs of others. Donate your time to someone in need, you’ll be glad you did.

Aquarius- There is so much you feel you want to do, but where to begin? Mr. Saturn and 5 other planets are behind the scenes in your chart like a board of directors trying to plot a course for your manifest destiny, meanwhile Uranus is kicking ass and taking the names of anyone who so much as breathes a word of disagreement or negativity anywhere near you. Ambition like this can sometimes have the negative effect of turning those who could help you into adversaries, however, it’s lucky for you that Venus and the Sun will be entering your sign later in the week to provide you with just the charm you’ll need to convince even the crustiest cynic to crack a smile and enjoy the show. Jupiter and Mars in your House of the Public would suggest you’ll acquire whatever it is you’re pursuing (after all, who could resist you?) just make sure you’re also taking the time to connect with your audience and not just looking at them as numbers to be tallied on that big scoreboard of your ego. As the song goes, “Mr. Big Stuff, who do you think you are?”

Pisces- With Neptune in your sign you most certainly have a vision of what you want for the future, but with 6 planets in Capricorn transiting through your House of Dreams what’s important now is that you start taking care of the nuts and bolts tasks necessary to turn these dreams into a reality. Uranus in your House of Self Worth will attempt to distract you from your appointed rounds, although try to realize that any feelings of rebellion you may have at this time are probably nothing more than veiled excuses that are masking a deep sense of insecurity and a lack of self confidence about what you’re capable of. Later in the week as Venus and the Sun enter your House of Secrets make sure you take the time for some healthy introspection. Share your feelings with a trusted family member or even a professional therapist. Don’t be afraid to be vulnerable, it is actually a sign of strength. As the song goes,

“What would you think if I sang out of tune?

Would you stand up and walk out on me?

Lend me your ears and I’ll sing you a song

And I’ll try not to sing out of key”

Mr. Saturn’s Stars #16 Weekly Horoscopes for 12/25-12/31, 2017

Weekly Horoscopes for 12/25-12/31, 20017

Hi kids!!! This will be the last Mr. Saturn’s Stars for 2017, but don’t be sad. I wouldn’t be Mr. Saturn if I weren’t coming back to crack the whip on you through 2018 as well. So enjoy your holidays, reflect on where you’ve been and where you hope to go, and I’ll be here again soon enough to haunt you like death and taxes.

Aries- This has been a long and busy year for you, though strangely enough in this final week before the New Year you might find yourself surprisingly energized rather than exhausted. The Lunar Arc this week will begin in your sign and as it squares Venus conjunct Saturn on Christmas Day in your House of Career you will feel not only proud of what you’ve managed to accomplish in 2017, but more importantly you’ll be driven to move ahead with new plans for 2018 as soon as possible. With Jupiter and Mars coming into alignment with Pluto you might also start to notice more of a symbiosis with others than you have in the past. Neptune in your House of What is Hidden will lend a very Occult air to these new feelings of connection as you find yourself turning away from your usual misanthropic leanings and actually trusting others to do the right thing without an argument first! Mr. Saturn say’s, “Namaste!”

Taurus- A stellium of planets in your House of Long distance Travel combining with Neptune in your House of Friends and a Jupiter/Mars conjunction in your House of Relationships could see you either on the road for the Holidays to visit someone you’ve been missing, or else entertaining some local strays in your own cozy nest. A personal New Moon in the middle of the week should put you in a contemplative mood as you take stock of the changes you’ve made over the past year and what the future looks like from your new perspective. An unaspected Uranus in your House of Confinement still has you feeling an itch to do something different or be something more, although maybe that’s just about being okay with who you are at any given moment. As the late Dr. Timothy Leary once said, “You cannot use butterfly language to communicate with caterpillars.”

Gemini- A personal New Moon coinciding with the New Year will find you experiencing an epiphany of sorts as you realize even though there is no “I” in the word team, there is certainly a “Me” and that could be where your problems with relationships begin. The Sun, Saturn, Venus, and Pluto currently in your House of Transformation and Shared Resources are all about making a serious long term commitment to a special someone. The alignment of these aforementioned planets with Jupiter, Mars, and Neptune would further indicate that any such commitment would have to begin by relinquishing some of your legendary control issues. It’s not enough to simply want to be different, the trick is to let your self be transformed by what challenges you and that must necessarily begin with trust. Mr. Saturn’s haiku this week is for you;

“When people say they

Want to change, it often means

They hope things will change”

Cancer- Right up until New Years Eve you’ll be burning the candle at both ends trying to keep up with a whirlwind of current challenges, as well as preparing for whatever may be looming on the horizon for 2018. After a relatively calm Christmas with Venus conjunct Saturn in your House of Partnerships, Uranus in your Public Sector and this week’s Lunar Arc should start things off with a bang. Not to fear though, with Jupiter and Mars conjunct in your House of Creativity working with The Sun, Saturn, Venus, and Pluto in that same House of Partnerships that furnished you with a safe holiday, you and your significant other (as well as any other friends or family members who might get involved) should be more than a successful match for any emergencies that might come down the pike. Neptune in your House of Philosophy will also mean that your legendary intuition will be sharper than usual, so pay attention and have faith that you’ll know what to do as your comfort zone continues to morph into a new and more courageous version of you. Like the song goes, “You’ve got to pick up every stitch….”

Leo- You hate to say no to anyone, much less those you care about, but to keep your sanity this holiday week you’re going to have to disappoint someone; just make sure it’s not yourself. Mars and Jupiter in the sign of Scorpio and your House of Family could be about conflicts at home or with in-laws. The Sun, Saturn, Venus, and Pluto in your House of Work will likely mean that somebody on the job is going to try to dump something on you that is not your responsibility. Whether it’s a family member or a co-worker, you’re going to have to stand up for yourself because no one else is really thinking about your needs. Like the Oracle told Neo in the Matrix, “On the one hand you’ll have Morpheus’s life and on the other hand you’ll have your own.” Mr. Saturn say’s, “You may not want to believe you’re the one until someone rudely tries to convince you they are.”

Virgo- Whenever you think about being responsible it’s usually in regard to someone else’s needs. In the past this way of thinking has often put you in a difficult position and you’ve sworn repeatedly to yourself to be tougher in the future so you won’t be taken advantage of. With 4 major planets now in the duty oriented sign of Capricorn (and ironically your House of Fun) the time has come for you to put your needs first and make sure you enjoy yourself. Noble Jupiter aligning with compassionate Neptune should help with this #mefirst movement you need to get going, while the Lunar Arc approaching Mercury should motivate you to oppose the expectations of a friend or partner who always assumes their way is automatically your way. Listen carefully to the words as Mr. Saturn sings one of his favorite Dylan songs, “Maggies Farm:”

“Well, I try my best

To be just like I am

But everybody wants you

To be just like them”

Libra- Yours is a sign of partnership and this week the themes of loyalty, cooperation, and, most importantly, love, will all be front and center. The Sun, Saturn, Venus, and Pluto crowded into your House of Family and Foundations will bring you a quiet, yet inspirational Christmas at home, even if it’s just you and your partner. After that the Jupiter/Mars conjunction currently going on in your House of Self Worth will align with Neptune and inspire you to join hands and circle the wagons with your loved ones (even those you’re not especially thrilled with) to overcome any obstacle or challenge that may be looming on the horizon. As the 2017 calendar ends, a Mercury/Moon opposition could bring you the inspiration for a new direction in the coming year. Make sure you take notes and don’t let these thoughts pass. “This could be big,” say’s Mr. Saturn, as he pours you another glass of Pinot Noir waiting for the ball to drop……..

Scorpio- As 2017 ends the only planet traveling above the horizon in your chart will be the Moon. All the other planets are passing beneath the horizon, which is traditionally thought to be symbolic of one’s private or inner self. Hence as the year concludes you should probably reflect on what 2017 has meant for you psychologically rather than what you have accomplished materially. In other words, no matter what you’ve managed to do or acquire, are you happy? Mars and Jupiter in your sign lining up with Neptune in your House of Fun would speak to inspiration, is that how you’re feeling? A stellium of planets in Capricorn would conversely speak to practicality and change, so what needs to be different for you to feel that inner fire? Resolve to trust yourself more in 2018 and then allow yourself to dream. Like the song say’s, “I tell you love, sister, it’s just a kiss away, it’s just a kiss away….”

Sagittarius- Mercury in your House of Communication is rapidly approaching an aspect to innovative Uranus in your House of Creativity that will be exact in the first week of 2018. Meanwhile, the Sun, Saturn, Venus, and Pluto are all currently in your House of Self Worth so that the immediate question becomes, what practical steps need to be taken RIGHT NOW to set up all that impending Mercury/Uranus energy? In other words, what will it take for you to focus on what’s important rather than on Jupiter and Mars in Scorpio gossiping behind the scenes? No doubt you’re focused on what they’re saying as they shoot the shit with illusionary Neptune, but what has believing that dirty little secret called “I’m not good enough” gotten you in the past? Just before New Year’s a Gemini Moon will first square Neptune and then sextile Uranus, so pay attention to what you believe about yourself and what options that leaves you. Can you hear Mr. Saturn singing? “Oh mother, tell your children, not to do what I have done…. To spend your life in sin and misery in the House of the Rising Sun….”

Capricorn- Logic will always teach us something, especially when the world doesn’t conform to our expectations. Conversely, intuition and emotion together will always lie, but separately, never. Sorry for waxing philosophical, but this week could either be a logjam or a dam opening for you depending on what you believe. Four major planets in your sign aligning with Jupiter and Mars represents pragmatism central, while on New year’s Eve both Mercury and a Gemini Moon squaring Neptune will be visions of sugar plums dancing in your head. Which is the truth? Uranus all by itself in your House of Foundations is proverbial chaos, meaning you really never know what’s going to happen until it does. Now if I told you that you’re a genius you’d probably not agree, however (and here’s the rub) if I said you weren’t good enough to succeed you might consider it. Decide which you believe and then see where it brings you. That is the only logic Mr. Saturn thinks you’ll need for 2018.

Aquarius- Your mind is as ubiquitous as the wind. Your creativity is like the will of a tiger as it mesmerizes its prey. Your spirit is a majestic mountain that seems to touch the heavens. You are feeling invincible, yet all things must eventually pass and when these miraculous events you are experiencing finally fade, then who will you be? Another insufficient breeze on a sweltering day in the city? Another old and tired tiger in a zoo? Or perhaps another mountain reduced to a hill after it is divided in half by a highway? With The Sun, Saturn, Venus, Pluto, and pretty soon Mercury all in Capricorn and your House of Confinement, the writing is on the wall for something that can’t last forever to eventually change. This is not a doomsday prophecy or simple hatin’, it is merely a warning not to take yourself too seriously. There is a famous story about the Taoist Sage Chuang Tzu who couldn’t decide if he was a butterfly or a man. “I wonder if he was an Aquarius too?” asks Mr. Saturn.

Pisces- Is Reality subjective or objective? If a tree falls in the forest and no one is there to see it did the tree really fall? The 20th Century Mystic Teacher Gurdjieef once said, “Man’s greatest weakness is his suggestibility.” With Jupiter and Mars arm in arm in your House of Philosophy and aligning with Neptune in your sign, the propensity now is to believe whatever you want and not doubt your ego until you’re smacked down. A stellium of Capricorn planets in your House of Dreams would suggest you err on the side of caution if possible, and if not, then make it possible because you don’t want some damn hypothetical tree flattening you in a world where bones break and people fail because they believe all kinds of stupid things. As the New Year arrives and sociable Mercury transits your House of Public Image, don’t take those back at home for granted. After all, they are the only ones you can really depend on to yell “Timber!!!”

Mr. Saturn’s Stars #13 Weekly Horoscopes 12/4-12/10, 2017

Weekly Horoscopes for 12/4-12/10, 2017

Hi kids!!! Here we are again for another round of Mr. Saturn’s Stars. I know it’s been tough lately but take heart, there are only 22 more days of Christmas music remaining and then we’re on to happier times! Hey! Perhaps there’ll be an Impeachment Celebration in the Spring if the groundhog sees his shadow? “Here Comes the Sun…and I say…. it’s all right…”

Aries- With the Sun, Venus, Saturn, and Mercury Retrograde all in your House of Travel it’s no wonder you’re feeling the itch to get away; but from what…Christmas Music? Boredom? Your self? Mars in your House of Relationships is ready, willing, and able to lead you to distraction, but is that other person you’re considering available? Are you available? Be careful. Jupiter in your House of Sex and Neptune behind the scenes could seduce you into leaving the back door open, but let the Lunar Arc show you the writing on the wall as it passes from Cancer to Leo to Virgo or longing to indulgence to regret…just sayin’. Of course with Venus pulling into a square with Neptune over the weekend you’re going to do the worst thing possible so make sure you have enough sick days saved at work….”Love, it’s a Bitch….all right….” sings Mr. Saturn along with Mr. Jagger.

Taurus- A bull can stand around for a long time doing nothing but then suddenly something sets it off and then you have a whirlwind of horns and fury. With the loose cannon twins Uranus and Mercury Retrograde currently doing their mischief in your deepest and darkest places be careful that you don’t take something the wrong way from someone who certainly isn’t innocent, but isn’t evil either. A little compassion and a little less judgment (mostly toward yourself) could go a long way here, after all, if Timothy Leary was right and the mind is God then what we blame the world for could very well just be our own projections and nothing more. Later in the week as Neptune is simultaneously squared by Venus and trine to Jupiter you’ll likely recognize the error of your ways and be ready to take a deep breath (along with a good stiff drink) and let Mr. Saturn queue up his playlist…beginning with ”Getting better all the time, better….better….bet-ter…”

Gemini- A stellium of planets in your House of Relationships has you hell bent on taking the high road with someone who has disappointed you; just make sure your feelings don’t get short changed in the process. Your idealism isn’t immature nor is it weakness or naivety, it is your essential character and sooner or later it will create for you the emotional satisfaction you deserve. Meanwhile on the job front you’re going to need to get tougher as well. The Lunar Arc for the week will have you trying to understand and be compassionate with a problem employee, but by the weekend you will finally realize that you’re doing this individual a disservice by not cracking the whip on their lazy ass. When Venus squares Neptune over the weekend be careful not to take too much of a swan dive into that wine glass. Mr. Saturn’s haiku this week is for you;

“Sometimes logic needs

A glass of wine to know how

Reality feels”

Cancer- Your sign is ruled by the Moon and the Lunar Arc for this week contains great wisdom if you can open your heart to the music of the spheres. Beginning with a personal New Moon in your sign and then progressing through Leo into Virgo, the Lunar theme for the next seven days is about nurturing, courage, and maintenance. The Universe is willing to help you if you believe you are deserving of it. A Jupiter/Neptune aspect will be about mystical insight and creative thinking, that is, if you can begin to understand how much you’ve actually changed as a result of some recent hardships and what new insights (and powers) you’ve gained. As Mercury Retrograde aspects both impatient Mars and volatile Uranus it will be the perfect time to re-examine your whole emotional process and consider how much more effective you’d be if you took the time to breathe before reacting. Repeat after Mr. Saturn, “Aum….. Aummm…”

Leo- The Moon symbolizes emotions and the Lunar Arc this week for the Sign of the Lion will be all about your vulnerability, strength, and healing. Early in the week the Moon in your House of Hidden Things will align with both Jupiter and Neptune to form a Grand Trine. This could turn out to be quite enlightening once you begin to realize how your sense of compassion for others is really your own need to be forgiven; but for what (and by whom)? Now that Mercury is Retrograde and connected with Saturn in your House of Creativity, you should have the necessary perspective to finally embrace that inner child you’ve been projecting onto others in order to try to heal yourself by proxy. Freudian fondue for sure, but hey, Mr. Saturn is offering you a nice baguette to dunk and a glass of Pinot Noir to go with it, so try and get through this the best you can.

Virgo- With 4 major planets in the sign of Sagittarius and your House of Home you will be looking to transform your residence into something you can share with others and even perhaps profit from. A Mars/Uranus opposition could bring on some unexpected surprises regarding investments and earnings, though this should be temporary and when Mr. Saturn arrives home in Capricorn near the end of the month he’ll likely co-sign the go ahead to keep everything steadily moving forward. The key now is to remain calm but determined in your communications with a partner, which you should be able to pull off as Jupiter moves into a magnanimous trine with Neptune. The Lunar Arc for you this week will see you as the caretaker, defender, and problem solver for a current dream that has become about more than just accomplishing something; it’s now about you being the type of dynamic and creative person you wouldn’t permit yourself to be back in the day.

Libra- Saturn and Pluto are both at the bottom of your chart right now so don’t think you’re going crazy if it seems like the ground is shaking underneath your feet. Mercury Retrograde, Mr. Saturn, and Uranus, should all act like first responders bringing some unexpected luck out of the past just in the nick of time. Let them get you under a solid doorpost where you’ll be safe. Furthermore, Jupiter in your House of Income is a protective influence, especially with Mars about to visit for a seven-week sleepover. Those two together are like Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid so before too long your saddlebags should be filled with loot. The Lunar Arc this week will bring you back into the public eye where your reputation is still sound and you have not been forgotten. As the Moon finishes the week in Virgo make sure you take some time to rest (and raise a glass with Mr. Saturn) after the rollercoaster ride of this last month.

Scorpio- For approximately the last seven weeks Mars has been hidden in your closet and bouncing off the walls to get out. Anyone that was messing with you during that time is likely to get a rude awakening when the Planet of War puts on his gear in your sign and joins Jupiter for some dojo sparring. Neptune in your House of Play will make sure no one gets hurt, so don’t worry, you’re still a nice person (if you care…lol!!!). Mercury Retrograde and Mr. Saturn in your House of Earnings will both call on Uranus to come out and play, which could result in you getting a retroactive reward as a result of some fine work (or a good deed) done in the past. Be prepared to be the center of attention in mid-week when a Leo Moon transits your House of Career and Public Image. Look, Mr. Saturn is standing with the rest of the crowd and chanting….”Maximus, Maximus, Maximus!!!”

Sagittarius- With Mercury Retrograde in your sign things should be quite kooky until just about Christmas Day. Mr. Saturn would advise you to be careful at the office parties and keep your hands to yourself, especially with Jupiter in your House of Secrets and Mars arriving there by the weekend…just sayin’. Venus will also be moving into square with Neptune this week so even if you manage to avoid getting involved with a #metoo incident during a drunken party, you’ll still be on your family’s radar and if there is a user among them, watch out; again, just sayin’. The Lunar Arc this week could be a drag for you based on what’s been said so far about family, simply because it will traverse Cancer, Leo, and Virgo and cover your Houses of Shared Resources, Philosophy, and Public Image. In other words you’ll be expected to take care of people, you’ll feel guilty if you don’t, and then you’ll criticize yourself if anything goes wrong. I think you should ask Santa for something extravagant; what have you got to lose?

Capricorn- Mercury Retrograde in your House of Secrets will be about the things you won’t admit to yourself and how this stuff has managed to follow you over the years like a jury duty notice. The healthiest thing to do at this time would be to confront your insecurities, especially with Jupiter (and soon Mars) in your House of Hopes and Dreams aligning with compassionate Neptune. It’s time to forgive your inner child because now you’re a strong, self-actualized adult, right? With Saturn returning to your sign before Christmas and Pluto already there you can’t avoid interior renovations any longer if you have hopes of selling your symbolic house of self next year. The Lunar Arc would suggest that all the help you’ll need is there for you if you can stop trying to be objective about yourself and just be yourself. Mr. Saturn would simply say, “relax and let me fortify that eggnog, you’ll be fine.”

Aquarius- Mr. Saturn say’s, “Trying to tell a person something they’re not ready to accept is merely inviting a disagreement that can’t be settled.” With Jupiter in your House of Career (and Mars arriving there soon) plus Neptune in your House of Self Worth, no one is going to be able to tell you anything that will slow your roll. In addition, a stellium of planets in megalomaniacal Sagittarius (including Mercury Retrograde) combined with rebellious Uranus has you convinced you know everything and the rest of us just need to shut up and appreciate that. Okay. The Lunar Arc will initially make it seem as though everyone is agreeing with you, but when the Moon finishes the week in Virgo opposing Neptune and then squaring both Mercury Retrograde and Saturn you will no doubt be bewildered and wondering out loud, “Why didn’t anyone try to tell me I was on the wrong track?” Hmmmm…..

Pisces- Ruled by Neptune you could be both a brilliant and flakey sign at the same time as you alternately charm and exasperate those who are forced to deal with you. This week will see you true to form (or formlessness as the case may be) as Mercury Retrograde joins with Saturn in your House of Career and aligns with erratic Uranus in your House of Self Worth. The shortcuts you were convinced of last week will turn into the overtime you (or someone else) will spend this week fixing things up. Mars opposing Uranus at the beginning of the week and then joining Jupiter in Scorpio over the weekend will initially find you indignant at having to be responsible for anything you don’t think is important, followed by a total conviction that someone else should help you make sure everything is taken care of. See what I mean? Mr. Saturn say’s you make him think of the old Jimi Hendrix song, “Well now if 6 turned out to be 9, I don’t mind, I don’t mind…”

Mr. Saturn’s Stars #12 Weekly Horoscopes for 11/27-12/3, 2017

Weekly Horoscopes 11/27- 12/3, 2017

Hi kids!!! It’s terrific to have you back at Mr. Saturn’s Stars!!! The Holidays are officially under way, but before we begin with this week’s horoscopes I would like to share some things that have been on my mind.

First, has anyone ever noticed that the letters in Santa can be rearranged to spell Satan? What’s that about? Furthermore, Santa is this old man who traditionally encourages little children to sit on his lap. You think all this #metoo stuff is going to catch up with Kris Kringle the way it has with seemingly every other older white guy in power? I mean he’s already been caught kissing Momma underneath the mistletoe more than once. I would also bet that no matter what he does or how many accusers come forward, there will still be people who’ll leave cookies and milk out for him on Christmas Eve. What a world, huh?

I got nothin…

Aries- The angst you’ve been feeling lately is going to make it very difficult to control yourself this week as volatile Mars in your House of Relationships moves closer to a frustrating opposition with erratic Uranus. Mr. Saturn and Mercury will try to talk some sense into you, although what they’ll have to say may be more about what you’re secretly afraid of rather than the kind of pep talk you’d prefer to hear. The Sun in Sagittarius moving into a square with Neptune won’t help matters much, especially over the weekend when they both form a hallucinatory T-square with the Full Moon in Gemini. Let the illusions begin! Jupiter in trine with Neptune will try to introduce some compassion into this never-ending therapy session, so try having a little forgiveness for your self. As Mr. Saturn would say,

How much of our fear

Is simply the learning curve

For finding our strength?

Taurus- As the Moon passes through your sign this week stability will be at the forefront of your concerns. Letting go of unreasonable fears associated with being unstable will also be a challenge as Mars and Uranus move closer to a very testy opposition in your Houses of Hidden Feelings and Daily Routines. Saturn conjunct with a Mercury Station/Retrograde should give you fresh eyes with which to look at an old problem that could appear over the weekend as a Sagittarius Sun opposes a Full Moon in Gemini and both of them square Neptune in your House of Dreams. A Jupiter/Neptune aspect in psychic Scorpio and sensitive Pisces respectively could help you finally understand that what you’re currently faced with is not an old problem haunting you, but rather a new you trying to break free of old misconceptions. Mr. Saturn’s advice?… Breathe.

Gemini- Mr. Saturn conjunct with a Mercury Station/Retrograde in your House of Relationships along with erratic Uranus opposing Mars could have you jumping to all sorts of conclusions about how you’ll never find the right person to have a storybook relationship with. The worst case scenario here is that the Gemini Full Moon squaring Neptune over the weekend will find you laying at the bottom of yourself like a forgotten prisoner in a Third World jail. Of course this isn’t true, but the only way you’ll get to that light at the end of the tunnel is to embrace life rather than withdraw from it. A Jupiter/Neptune trine will be there to help with your healing if you’re willing, so, as Mr. Saturn bangs some hopeful chords on the piano the song he’s singing is for you…”When you’re alone and life is making you lonely you can always go…Downtown!”

Cancer- The world under your feet is shifting like the undertow at the beach, yet remember you are a crab and your nature has always been able to survive in the turbulent surf. As a crustacean you can seem tough on the outside but you are really soft on the inside, so make sure you are taking care of yourself emotionally during this very challenging time. Or I should say let someone else take care of you for once. A loving and sensitive Jupiter/Neptune trine would suggest that you are on the verge of a new sense of purpose in life, although don’t think you will discover this inspiration by digging for it. Let it come to you like the waves that always find the shore. Mr. Saturn’s haiku this week is for you….<3

“If I seek knowledge

Perhaps it’s there, if it finds

Me the truth is here

Leo- The pressure for you this week will be between what needs to be done as opposed to what you’d like to do. With the Sun, Mercury, and Mr. Saturn all in your House of Creativity and Uranus in your House of Philosophy, you’re brimming with great ideas and have lots of energy to express your self. However, with the coming Full Moon in Gemini ready to square Neptune and oppose the Sun, as well Mercury about to go Station/Retrograde, you may just feel a need to defer your desires and put someone else first. Just make sure this someone is worthy of your sacrifice. Your natural leadership skills and compassion make you an easy mark for manipulators who like to play the victim and there’s someone like that in your life now. Mr. Saturn would suggest, “Take this time to look deep within yourself to decide what you really want, although make sure you don’t wind up sticking your head up your ass in the process.”

Virgo- With Mr. Saturn and Mercury going through your House of Foundations you have been in the midst of reconstructing your life for a while now. Mars opposing Uranus in your money houses (specifically earnings and shared resources respectively) are making you anxious regarding the investments you’ve made as of late in both time and money. Realize though that the transformation you’re hoping for may not be able to fully come about until you’re willing to stand up to a contradictory (or even controlling) partner and take charge of a situation that was originally your idea. This will be highlighted when the Sun, the Full Moon in Gemini, and Neptune all align in a tense T-square involving your Houses of Public Image, Home, and Relationships. Mr. Saturn would suggest that right now the obstacles facing you are not the undetermined external factors around your ultimate goal, but rather your own confidence (or lack thereof) about what you deserve.

Libra- Mars in your sign has been pushing you forward, but an opposition from Uranus in Aries has been dealing you one unexpected obstacle after another. At the same time Saturn and Mercury in Sagittarius have been teaching you some invaluable lessons and helping you to grow. When Mercury goes Station/Retrograde at the end of the week you should take the time to consider if you have been making all the changes you really need to. Jupiter in your House of Earnings is a blessing and Venus joining the Sun in Sagittarius should add an air of optimism, however the Full Moon in Gemini squaring Neptune to end the week might leave you feeling a little worried regarding your future prospects. Saturn inching toward Capricorn at the lowest point in your chart is certainly a downer, so expect your energy and optimism to be low for the next couple of weeks. Mr. Saturn would say that your life now is kind of like the sixties song, “California Dreaming,” sad words with a snappy melody, the point being that you keep dancing in the rain like Gene Kelly until things get better.

Scorpio- Jupiter in your sign aligning with Neptune is making you feel more vulnerable than you’d like right now, however, understand this isn’t about you being weak. Instead it’s about realizing that the true nature of strength is when you can allow yourself to be honest in your feelings without beating yourself up. Mars opposing Uranus could be creating a lot of frustration over a situation that’s beyond your control, although again the thing to understand here is that your frustration isn’t changing anything as the world turns. Saturn in your House of Self Worth is enhancing this tendency to beat yourself up, so when the Full Moon squares Neptune over the weekend don’t be surprised when Mr. Saturn takes you down memory lane and queues up the old Animals hit, “I’m just a soul whose intentions are good… Oh Lord!.. please don’t let me be misunderstood…”

Sagittarius- Mr. Saturn’s stay in your sign will be over in approximately three weeks and then you’ll be good for another 28 years. In the meantime though he is going to make sure that you learn every lesson you possibly can. Mercury going Station/Retrograde in your sign during this period will further intensify Mr. Saturn’s tutorial, while at the same time a Mars/Uranus opposition will serve to inspire your usual resistance when you’re confronted with having to do anything you don’t want. A Jupiter/Neptune trine followed by Neptune squaring the Full Moon in your House of Relationships over the weekend should cap this off as a perfect week to simply blame everything on your doppelganger, after all, you’ve never met him or her.

Capricorn- You are a resilient sign, however, with Uranus camped out at the bottom of your chart for the last few months it has kind of been been like skateboarding down a gravel incline. Mercury retrograde in your House of Secrets for the next 3 weeks may not be much fun either as you attempt to solve a mystery where you are both the victim and the perpetrator. It won’t take Sherlock Holmes or Phillip Marlowe to figure out this one though; the obvious arch villain here is responsibility. The good news though is that Jupiter trine Neptune will help you solve this case and forgive yourself in the process! There might even be a reward as well, specifically enough self-love to get you out of the “Town Without Pity” you’ve been stuck in. After a Film Noir week like this, the tendency would be to have a spree. Fair enough, but with a Gemini Full Moon squaring Neptune to end the week Mr. Saturn would advise having Ray Donovan on speed dial…just sayin’.

Aquarius- With Jupiter in your House of Public Image aligning with Neptune in your House of Self Worth you are bound and determine to establish your legend. A Mars/Uranus opposition combined with a Saturn/Mercury pairing will further motivate you to put on a sandwich board, bang a drum, and toot a horn to try and draw as much attention to yourself as possible, but to what end? Be careful when the Sun squares Neptune that you don’t start believing your own hype, because when those two pull up to form a stressful T-square with the Full Moon over the weekend you may wind up crying the “Tears of a Clown” all by yourself. When Mercury goes retrograde over the weekend as well he won’t hesitate to say “I told you so” as you learn “self-worth” and “the approval of others” are not the same thing. Mr. Saturn is cueing up a song now, check out the lyrics…”When the truth is found to be lies and all the joy within you dies…Don’t you want somebody to love?”

Pisces- Your ruling planet is Neptune, the God of the Sea, who symbolizes both illusion and higher consciousness. In other words, sometimes you have to do something really stupid in order to learn anything at all. Jupiter in your House of Philosophy aligning with Neptune could help you realize this about yourself so that hopefully you’ll wise up and stop taking for granted someone you depend on. A Mars/Uranus opposition going on in your Money Houses while Mercury slows down to a Station/Retrograde will also be forcing you to re-examine your financial responsibilities. In short, this week will seem like you’re stuck in a hall of mirrors so that no matter where you turn you can only see yourself. How long it takes for you to realize your immaturity will be, as Frank Zappa once said, “The crux of the biscuit.” In the meantime, Mr. Saturn is going to wax nostalgic with some Beatles…”the Love you take is equal to the Love you make…”

Mr. Saturn’s Stars #9 Weekly Horoscopes for 11/6-11/12, 2007

Weekly Horoscopes for 11/6-11/12, 2017

Hi Kids! Mr. Saturn’s glad to see you back. It’s time again to turn back the clocks, so for all you early risers out there it’s now going to be dark in the morning as well as when you get home. Not exactly “30 Days of Night,” but not very uplifting either. Make sure you order some extra Vitamin D-3 online. But hey, take heart; the Spring Equinox is only 135 days away! Doesn’t that make you feel better? Quoth the Raven, “Eh, not really.”

Aries- With Mercury entering Sagittarius to start the week you could be feeling in the mood for something exotic, which could mean either a trip to a faraway land or (more likely) a flirtation with someone who’s from a much different background than you. Either way, with Jupiter and Venus in Scorpio coming into alignment with Neptune there could be a lot more here than you realize and it could become quite habit forming. Perhaps there’s a Professional angle to this as well, in so far as you’ve become so addicted to work you’ve forgotten how to “turn off your mind, relax, and float downstream.” Mr. Saturn and Uranus will also be in exact alignment this week, so regardless if this other person makes you feel young again or a grown-up at last, remember, age is just a number.

Taurus- Early in the week a Cancer Moon will align with Jupiter, Venus, and Neptune making you about as mushy as you’ve felt in a long time. Mercury entering Sagittarius will have you wanting to verbally express this by saying “Namaste” to everyone you meet, but try to refrain from over-indulging in the rhetoric of love and instead perform some sincere and thoughtful acts of kindness for those around you. Later in the week when a Leo Moon aligns with Uranus and Mr. Saturn, expect surprises from either a family member or a roommate. Don’t hesitate to express your true feelings in this situation, regardless if that means being nice or not and depending of course on whether this person turns out to be a charming flake or just a flake.

Gemini- With the Sun transiting your House of Health this could be a good time to begin a regimen geared toward a new you. This could mean starting a detox, going to a spa, or just giving up something you know isn’t good for you. Venus and Jupiter in Scorpio aligning with Neptune in your Public Sphere and a Cancer Moon mid-week would suggest that any effort you make now to change something you don’t like about yourself could end up bringing some truly satisfying results. Mr. Saturn in your House of Relationships, along with Uranus and a Leo Moon in your House of Communications, would suggest you start to think about starting a group for a project you’ve been fantasizing about. Perhaps this could be an alternative career developing, who knows?

Cancer- The arc of the Moon this week will be an emotional rollercoaster for you, however, take heart, you’re strapped in your seat tightly so no matter how steep the drop looks you won’t fall out. By the time midweek arrives and the Moon enters Leo, Mars in your Home sector will provide all the energy necessary to battle through the frustration of renovations or a messy home project. As Mercury in Sagittarius approaches a square to Neptune, you could be required to deal with some real stupidity in the workplace. All you can do is grin and bear it and try not to let anyone see you clenching your fists in your pockets. Venus and Jupiter in your House of Romance over the weekend will be a hot couple, so let Mr. Saturn suggest an excellent wine to relax with.

Leo- With the Sun, Venus, and Jupiter all in your House of Home and Family, this would be an auspicious time to reach out to a relative who would be thrilled to hear from you. Mercury in your House of Creativity working with Mars in Libra would suggest that you could inadvertently have the solution for a difficulty they’re going through. Try not to procrastinate too much before reconnecting with them though, or something could happen and you’ll feel guilty for not having helped. With Pluto lingering in your House of Health you should be careful about neglecting any sort of physical discomfort you may be experiencing. Now might be the time to go for that check-up you’ve been putting off. Expertly brandishing his stethoscope, Mr. Saturn say’s, “turn your head and cough.”

Virgo- When the Moon enters Cancer early in the week and squares Mars in your House of Earned Income, you will be feeling like you need more out of life. At the same time Jupiter and Venus together in Scorpio working with Neptune could bring you an unexpected opportunity through a partner or relative. As Mercury in Sagittarius approaches a square to Neptune make sure to ask some practical questions about any situations you’re presented with. This person may mean well, but make sure you know what you’re getting into. When Uranus, the planetary archetype of surprises and accidents aspects cynical Mr. Saturn, he will feel compelled to remind you, “If a situation seems too good to be true, it probably is.”

Libra- With Mars in your sign, Mercury in your House of Communication, and a Cancer Moon passing through your House of Career, you will be feeling more concerned about your public image than ever before. Especially since you’re wondering why some very good work you’ve been doing as of late has ended up going unnoticed. With this in mind, Mr. Saturn in your House of Writing and Uranus in your House of Partnerships may be trying to tell you to start targeting a different audience if your current milieu isn’t supporting you. Meanwhile, Venus and Jupiter in your House of Earnings could bring an opportunity for some easy cash from an unexpected source. As Mr. Saturn would say, “It’s money they have and peace they don’t,” so if you can truly make someone feel better (and you can) then that is certainly worth whatever they think it is.

Scorpio- There are snakes that possess the ability to hypnotize their prey before killing them, which is exactly the kind of charm you have right now with both Venus and Jupiter approaching a conjunction in your sign. As Mercury in your House of Earnings is fueled by Mars from behind the scenes, opportunities should be in abundance for you this week as well, although the trick to capitalizing on these situations might have more to do with what you’re willing to give up than with what you desire. This is not a moral dilemma, but a matter of enlightenment. With that in mind, Mr. Saturn’s haiku this week is for you;

“Good or Evil? The

Speed of Darkness is equal

To the Speed of Light”

Sagittarius- Mercury entering your sign should bring on a very busy week for you, especially with Mars in your House of Groups making it seem as if everyone needs your help. The arc of the Moon this week will begin in your House of Shared Resources, at which point it will trine a Venus/Jupiter conjunction as well as Neptune in your Home Area. You have a kind and compassionate heart and this aspect will accentuate it even more, meaning you could very well be taken advantage of yet again by a whiner or a bully. Late in the week when the Moon pulls into Leo and aspects Mars, you may finally find the chutzpah to tell these users off. As inspiration to prepare for standing up to these jerks, Mr. Saturn would suggest checking out the film “Network,” particularly the part where the character of Howard Beale losses his sh*t on the air…. “I’m mad as hell and I’m not gonna take it anymore!”

Capricorn- It is said, “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.” A loose Grand Trine involving The Moon in Cancer, Venus and Jupiter in Scorpio, and Neptune in Pisces in the Houses governing your Relationships, Groups, and Communication, would speak to you meeting some sort of karmic partner this week either in a class or gathering of some sort. Mars in Libra in your Public Sector working with Mercury in Sagittarius behind the scenes could further indicate that you might meet this individual somewhere you didn’t actually plan on being. Oh, one other thing, there’s also a possibility this person could mysteriously annoy you for some reason. Mr. Saturn would add with a wink, “you might prefer the devil you know, but you’ll only learn from the devil you don’t know.”

Aquarius- With Jupiter and Venus in your House of Career and Public Image smoothly aligning in the element of water with Neptune and a Cancer Moon, your vulnerability should be at an all time high this week. The question is, can you handle that? You are often annoyed when others get emotional, but maybe now that the shoe is on your foot you’ll finally understand the compassion of Buddha? Or maybe Uranus in your House of Communication lining up with Mr. Saturn in your Public Sphere will make you think your usual detachment will be more efficient? The determinant here may be Pluto renovating your Mystical House, for he will not be denied his mission of deep transformation. Perhaps then you should leave being cool to the Eskimos? Mr. Saturn suggests letting go of your whole control thing and instead allow your self be handcuffed to that proverbial bedpost of trust. Maybe you’ll have a whole “Rocky Horror Picture Show” thing go on and love it!

Pisces- Neptune is your ruling planet, so you’d think having it return home to Pisces after 165 years would be a good thing? When it comes to Neptune though there’s really no telling, so maybe now you can understand how the Ancients must have felt when they looked out at the ocean and tried to imagine what was beyond the horizon? Nevertheless, with Venus and Jupiter this week in your sister water sign of Scorpio you could be quite convinced you know exactly what’s out there. Yet as Mercury rolls through your Public House you will face the same dilemma as everyone else who has ever been convinced by their dreams and/or opinions, namely how to turn whatever it is you believe into a real thing? As the Moon finishes up in Virgo over the weekend those convictions of yours could end up turning into a hangover after all that Sufi Wine you’ve been imbibing. I can almost hear Mr. Saturn snickering already, “who do you think you are, Rumi?

Mr. Saturn’s Stars #8 Weekly Horoscopes for 10/30-11/5, 2017

Weekly Horoscopes for 10/30-11/5, 2017

Hi kids! Welcome once again to Mr. Saturn’s Stars. Halloween arrives this week and the veil between the worlds is a little thinner than usual, so make sure you acknowledge all your loved ones who have moved on to another form in the Universe. Burn something for them that smells good, light a candle, or make a small offering of something they may have liked, but most of all make sure you send your love and remember…

“Each death reminds us

We are arrows and not the

Bow or the Archer”

Aries- You will feel inspired at the beginning of the week with the Moon and Neptune in Pisces providing a little Cosmic Bliss and Universal Love for Halloween. Burn some incense and remind yourself not to sweat the small stuff. The Sun, Jupiter, and Mercury in your House of Sharing and Pluto in your career area mid-week could have you working through the ups and downs of a Pro-mance with a collaborator or partner. Mr. Saturn balancing an opposition of Venus in your House of Relationships with Uranus in your sign will help you work this out, even if this other person does seems to be taking you for granted. The Full Moon over the weekend in Taurus should help your confidence rebound quite nicely due to an unexpected reward you receive that’s the result of an effort you made all by yourself.

Taurus- Dare to dream this week as the veil between the worlds opens for Halloween. Realize that any opportunities coming your way now are the antidote to the insecurities you have been feeling. Don’t be like the sick person who complains when they have to swallow a pill to get better, really! Venus in your House of Work and Mr. Saturn in the House of Legacies won’t tell you to roll up your sleeves and get busy, they’ll simply leave it up to you. The Full Moon over the weekend in your sign should help you toward a meaningful epiphany, like in the movie “Field of Dreams” when the voice in the cornfield tells Kevin Costner, “Build it and they will come…”

Gemini- With the Moon and Neptune in your Public Area to start the week you will be totally caught up in the mystery as well as in the pomp and circumstance of Halloween. Venus in your House of Fun and Uranus in your House of Groups with an Aries Moon will likely mean a crazy party, so you’ll no doubt also be concerned with putting together the perfect costume. It probably won’t be until later in the week with the Sun and Jupiter moving into opposition with a Full Moon in your House of Secrets, that you will probably want to change gears and spent some quality time with a special someone. Mr. Saturn always keeps a wine key in his go bag for exactly that kind of occasion. Cheers!

Cancer- You’re a worrier by nature, which can thoroughly exhaust you much of the time, but this week your “Spidey-Sense” is being stimulated by the mystery of Halloween, so you’ll be right on the money regarding something you’ve been stressed about for a while. Mr. Saturn say’s, “trust your instincts and act on them.” Venus in your House of Home and Family opposing Uranus in the Public Sphere could suddenly bring on that challenge you’ve been anticipating, however, Mr. Saturn in the House of Maintenance will help you find the strength and resources to create an inventive solution. By the weekend when the Taurus Full Moon in your House of Dreams aspects Neptune in your House of Journeys and Jupiter in your Creative sphere, you’ll find you’re ready to face that new adventure, which only a little while ago seemed like it would be the end of the world.

Leo- Some difficult news from home at the beginning of the week could have you waxing sentimental about the past and feeling guilty. Stop it! You’re a fixed sign so the challenge for you is flexibility- not with others, that’s easy, but with your own ideas when they have outlived their usefulness. Between Uranus in your House of Philosophy opposing Venus in your House of Thinking, Mr. Saturn is acting like a fulcrum in your House of Creativity and rocking your world back and forth like Atlas. This is to teach you about equilibrium or “going with the flow,” scary, huh? Over the weekend the Full Moon in Taurus aligning with Pluto will suggest you let go of the past and focus instead on who you will be next. This week’s haiku is for you.

“Regret is fear of

What needs to be done next placed

In the wrong context”

Virgo- Sometimes you feel cornered by the expectations of others, resulting in a need to withdraw or rebel. With the Day of the Dead coming up this week, now would be an ideal time for you to try to understand what drives these feelings and look to give them a symbolic death. The Moon and Neptune in your House of Relationships will have you doubting yourself at the beginning of the week, followed by a Venus-Uranus opposition that will make you want to resist the advice (or perhaps judgment?) of a family member or partner who think they know what’s best for you. The Full Moon in Taurus over the weekend in tandem with Pluto in your House of Creativity should help you in recognizing the pattern of how you first give your power away through lack of confidence and then take it back by rebelling, something Mr. Saturn would refer to as, biting off your nose to spite your face.” Nuff said!

Libra- This week could begin with you feeling totally swept away with the otherworldliness of Halloween, as The Moon and Neptune act like a sedative in your House of Daily Routines. Right afterwards though an Aries Moon opposing Mars in your sign will have you feeling anxious to connect with others and gain approval for something you’ve been working on. Venus and Uranus supervised by Mr. Saturn in your House of Communications midweek will allow you to gain some traction and perhaps see some early yet limited rewards for your efforts. Don’t allow yourself to have too many expectations just yet though, with Pluto in your House of Foundations and the Full Moon in Taurus all Mr. Saturn has to say is “ You can’t rush Mother Nature.”

Scorpio- With all of the Major Planets currently traveling under the radar in your chart, you are totally in synch with the season in that you’re concerned with harvesting your real identity aside from what anyone else may think about you. The Sun in your sign is working with both Neptune and Pluto and requiring you to eliminate whatever isn’t working in your life, while at the same time motivating you to experiment with new approaches in regards to relating with others. When the Moon is Full in Taurus over the weekend it will be the first Major Planet to emerge into public view for you this week, meaning you are on the verge of discovering a sound foundation within yourself. Congrats! Now you’re ready to finally turn the tables on those people in your life who are always taking but never giving back.

Sagittarius- Make sure you don’t drift off and get lost at the beginning of the week when the veil opens up between this world and the spirit world on Halloween. Although with the Moon and Neptune together on Monday, followed by Venus and Uranus having a tug of war afterwards, it will certainly be tough to maintain any gravitas in this world if you insist on letting others distract you from what you know you need to do for yourself. With the Sun and Jupiter behind the scenes in Scorpio this week, Pluto in your House of Self Worth, and Neptune rising like floodwater in the basement of your chart, make sure you throw a lasso over that Taurus Full Moon this weekend so you can pull yourself up out of the rising tide of selfishness that seems to describe too many of the people in your life.

Capricorn- Do the Gods ever speak to you, or, better yet, are you even listening? With Mr. Saturn currently in your House of Confinement the danger is that maybe for practical reasons you have stopped trying to listen to the Universe. It’s certainly forgivable seeing that Uranus at the bottom of your chart has been destroying your foundations like a wildfire for a while now and when the house is burning down who has time for metaphysics? Venus and Mars passing through your Career area could potentially be helped by Mr. Saturn’s practicality, but first you need to regain your inspiration. Early in the week Neptune, the Moon, and Jupiter will give you that uplift by being a positively ethereal string trio (just in time for Halloween) if you’re willing to take the time to hear their mystical, illuminating, and otherworldly music. As the song goes, “You got to pick up every stitch.”

Aquarius- Your ambition is at its height, but don’t confuse that with insight into what’s really going on. Sort of like the difference between dressing up like a super hero for Halloween and actually being one. You want to lead and influence people but are you concerned about what they need or what you need? Neptune and the Moon at the beginning of the week will have you believing whatever you want, however, Mr. Saturn suggests that you may be blind to the forest for the trees. With Mercury unaspected in Scorpio and Uranus in your House of Communication, be careful when speaking to others. Don’t rip someone a new orifice with what you think is the truth without considering what it might be like to walk in his or her shoes. The Full Moon over the weekend may satisfy your ambition, but not without you giving up something. Let’s hope it’s not your humanity.

Pisces- If your finances have been up and down, it doesn’t mean your thoughts about life need to be as well. When Buddhists say, “life is sorrow,” it applies to both the rich and poor, for the sorrow being referred to results from our expectations not being in harmony with the world. This is a basic control issue and with Jupiter and the Sun currently in your House of Philosophy in trine to Neptune, the danger now is that you could be regressing back to infancy in your worldview rather than toward maturity. The Full Moon in your House of Thinking will be in Taurus and it will be in harmonious aspect with Pluto in your House of Dreams. Therefore, Mr. Saturn say’s;

“The person who does not know

Will try to stop the world

So they may hold perfection

The person who knows

Will let the world go

So perfection may hold them”

From the Introduction…….

Introduction

The book you are about to read presents the dialogue for a pair of Psychic Readings. While both of these encounters are fictional creations, the material in them is based upon thousands of actual client sessions that I conducted as a Professional Psychic and Astrologer in New York City over a period of more than 17 years.

* * *

What is a Psychic Reading? The act of going to a special individual for spiritual and/or esoteric guidance has existed in one form or another since ancient times and, depending on the cultural setting, could have included activities as varied as making a pilgrimage to the oracle at Delphi in Ancient Greece, consulting a tribal Shaman, or visiting the local Witch on the outskirts of town. Yet regardless of the setting, exactly who are these special people we ask to impart to us their visions and wisdom? In what ways are they different from the rest of us? How do they manage to acquire the insights they are sharing? What does it mean to be Psychic?

The human brain is perhaps the most profound Machine in the Universe, but where do our thoughts come from? We each possess consciousness, but what is our awareness made of? Modern Physiology will tell us that we use only 10% of our brain’s capacity, which would then mean that 90% of our mind’s potential remains dormant within us. If that is the case, then perhaps in the same way that the genetics for an entire tree can exist within a tiny acorn, maybe all the secrets of the universe can also be explained within the untapped portions of the human mind? If this is true, then maybe the Gurus and Psychics we go to for insights are really nothing more than normal people like ourselves who have found a way to activate more than 10% of their innate intelligence? Maybe the late Psychologist and Philosopher Timothy Leary was right when he said, “The Brain is God”?

Clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience, or the abilities to see, hear, or perceive expanded realities and non-ordinary states of being are among the sorts of powers commonly considered Psychic, yet the relative truth of these experiences are extremely difficult to verify, or even comprehend in terms of conventional understanding. To the general public the popular idea of a Psychic is someone dressed up like a gypsy or a witch who predicts the future using Tarot Cards and a crystal ball. However, if one can manage to put such stereotypes aside the actual truth is that real Psychics, while in possession of one or more of the aforementioned abilities, are also often highly trained individuals in an Esoteric/Occult sense who are capable of offering valuable insights and guidance to those who are in psychological or spiritual crisis.

From “The Second Reading” pages 42-46

READER: What do you do?

TOM: I’m a musician.

READER: Professionally?

TOM: Not exactly.

READER: Oh?

TOM: Well, I’m in a band, but we’re not working right now.

READER: So what do you do to earn a living?

TOM: I’m a bartender.

READER: How’s that going?

TOM: It pays the bills but I’m pretty frustrated with it.

READER: When was the last time your band played a gig?

TOM: About 6 months ago.

READER: Why is that?

TOM: I don’t know, it seems like it’s hard for us to agree on anything.

READER: Are you in a relationship?

TOM: I don’t know.

READER: You don’t know?

TOM: Well, there’s this chick I’ve been seeing… but, I don’t know…

READER: Is there anything right now working out the way you’d like?

TOM: Sure.

READER: What would that be?

TOM: My Spiritual Studies are going well.

READER: Really? What are you studying?

TOM: I’ve been reading about developing my Psychic Abilities, Remote viewing, stuff like that.

READER: Where are you getting your information?

TOM: From an Internet blog by a guy named Beelzebuddy.

READER: Do you find these studies are useful in regards to the other stuff in your life that isn’t working?

TOM: What do you mean?

(The Reader tilts his head like a dog when it’s confused and then reaches over and grabs one of the large books on the table.)

READER: Let’s get to work. What’s your birthday?

TOM: September 1, 1980

(The Reader opens the book and flips through the pages until he finds what he’s looking for. After studying the information in front of him for a few moments he then begins speaking)

READER: Do you know if you were born before or after 12 noon?

TOM: I’m not sure.

READER: All right, don’t guess. Just answer me this…How curious are you, or better yet, how distracted can you get?

TOM: Well, I am interested in a lot of things.

READER: How often do you finish what you start?

TOM: There are some things that I let slide, but then again I can also be pretty responsible….

READER: …..When you have to be, right?

TOM: I guess you could say that.

READER: Have the responsibilities at your job caused you to let your music slide?

TOM: It’s not like I’m obsessed with my job or anything like that. I plan on getting back to playing; it’s just that I’ve gotten really interested in Psychic stuff.

READER: So let me get this straight… you’re working at a job you don’t like, reading about Psychic stuff, and also thinking about getting back to your music?…. I would say you have a Gemini Moon.

TOM: I thought I was a Virgo?

READER: Your Sun is in Virgo, but your Moon is in Gemini. To say you are a Virgo is like saying you’re a man; there were 9 other planets circling in the heavens on the day you were born and each of them represents an archetypal aspect of your character. For instance, Saturn would represent your control issues, Neptune your imagination, the Moon your emotional style, and so on.

(The Reader takes the next few moments to look at the book again before continuing to speak)

You have a Virgo Sun and it squares a Gemini Moon. Both of these signs are ruled by Mercury, which represents communication and information. As a result, you feel an emotional need to have a constantly changing set of circumstances (your Gemini Moon), which you are forever juggling and trying to orchestrate together into some useful pattern (your Virgo Sun).

(Tom leans forward in his seat and stares intently at the reader)

You also have Mars in Scorpio, which is always about power, and that both sextiles your Sun and inconjuncts your Moon. In short these configurations can cause you to oscillate significantly back and forth between ambition and withdrawal, as well as lending a stealth air to how you generally deal with people. In other words, you don’t like people to know what you’re up to and usually keep things on the down low.

TOM: It says all that in the book?

READER: Not necessarily, that’s my interpretation……….any questions?

TOM: Not bad

Mr. Saturn’s Stars #5 Horoscopes for 10/9-10/15, 2017

Horoscopes for 10/9 – 10/15, 2017

Hi kids!!! Mr. Saturn is talking to you this week from the belly of the beast-the Queens County Civil Court in Jamaica, Queens. Surprisingly enough, this is one of the only places where Mr. Saturn is less than himself, though you’d think he would love a good Court House or Jail, right? Actually the reason he’s in court is because he was called for jury duty. Even Mr. Saturn has rules to follow.

Aries- You will probably be feeling a bit unsettled this week. A situation is changing with an important person in your life and with the Sun and Mercury in your House of Partnerships squaring Pluto you’re not really sure how things will turn out. When the Moon moves into Cancer in the middle of the week and meets up with Jupiter entering Scorpio, you may feel like the rug is being pulled out from under you. Not really, it’s just your control issues looking back at you from a mirror being held up by Neptune in your House of Confinement. Over the weekend after a Leo Moon enters your House of Fun and makes nice with Venus in Libra, you’ll no doubt have a big smile ready when Mr. Saturn asks you to say, “CHEESE!” for his fb post.

Taurus- This will be a week of mixed feelings as you move forward with a big decision you’ve made. If you’ve recently decided to move or switch jobs, make sure you realize that your fear of change is in your head, just like the possibility of losing touch with true friends. You wanted a fresh start and now you’re going to get it. Pluto in your House of Long Distance Journeys and Venus with Mars in your House of Creativity have been planning this with you for the last month, so move forward with confidence. Venus moving into Libra and the Moon in Leo over the weekend should provide a hopeful reception from whatever awaits. In the meantime Mr. Saturn’s haiku this week is for you.

“Uncertainty forms

A space for discovery

To come and meet you”

Gemini- As the week begins you will find yourself re-evaluating your interactions with people. Mr. Saturn in your House of Relationships will be reminding you that the only one you really have control of is yourself. The way others treat you will only be a reflection of that, so stop letting someone else dictate the mood you’re in. As Jupiter enters your House of Work start letting those on the job see the real you. If you’re necessary to them then they’ll have to deal with it! The Leo Moon over the weekend will make you want to escape into the Land of Fun, where the Sun, Mercury, and Venus are all waiting.

Cancer- The arc of the Moon for you this week will begin with worrying about a friend or family member, followed by you trying to fix their problem for them, and ending with you making your own stressed out life a priority instead (at last!!!). Meanwhile, your job is still just a job, but a new challenge may be presented to you this the week that might make you forget how bored and unappreciated you have felt. A relationship should regain some of its old spark when Venus enters your domestic sphere and you decide to start bringing happy home again instead of your frustrations with the world. “Oh baby, you know what I like,” purrs Mr. Saturn.

Leo- Early in the week when the Moon enters Cancer and Jupiter moves into Scorpio your current living situation is going to become a major priority (if it isn’t already) simply because you don’t feel at home there (and never really did). You have compromised yourself into this corner for someone else and now you feel stuck. Realize you have the resources to change the situation so it isn’t you that’s stuck. It’s just that you’ve been waiting for a partner to start pulling their own weight. Maybe they need a push to get going (or is it you that needs to be pushed?)? When the Moon enters your sign over the weekend you’ll have all the reasons necessary to express yourself on this situation. Mr. Saturn is just wondering if it will come out like the meow of a pussycat or the roar of a lion?

Virgo- You’ve been occupied for a while now trying to make everything perfect before you offer your work to the world. As Jupiter enters Scorpio and Venus arrives in your House of Self Worth, it’s your confidence that’s going to have to rise to a level worthy of the work, not the other way around. You see it’s no longer about what you do (and you do it so well) it’s about what you think about yourself. The arc of the Moon this week will make you want to continue this excessive polishing of something that already shines, but what you need to realize instead is that you just have to get over a good old fashion case of cold feet. Unless of course you’d rather have your partner point it out to you? “Ouch!” comments Mr. Saturn.

Libra- A lot has been going on behind the scenes for you, in fact, if you look back, you’ll be surprised just how much your daily life has changed. It won’t be long before all the hard work you’ve been doing will start to show rewards. If money has been tight, plan on a welcome influx of opportunities and/or cash as Jupiter enters your House of Earnings and the Moon transits your House of Career. With Venus emerging out of the shadows at the end of the week and coming to visit, expect to be a little more in demand than usual. The Leo Moon over the weekend will be about friends, but don’t be surprised if you’re the center of attention. Mr. Saturn may even want to buy you a drink!

Scorpio- Jupiter is the planetary archetype of Philosophy and when it enters your sign early in the week don’t be surprised if you find yourself thinking a little bigger than usual. This expansive attitude will be helped when the Moon enters Cancer at the same time, so make sure you’re listening to those intuitive urges you’re feeling. A Mars/Saturn square will last most of the week and provide some immediate challenges in terms of your available resources, but when the Moon enters Leo over the weekend and squares Jupiter your pride will answer the call. As Mr. Saturn always say’s, “When the going gets tough, the tough get going.”

Sagittarius- You seem to have so many responsibilities, but are any of them to yourself? Mr. Saturn in your sign has been like death and taxes, and his square to Mars this week will make it feel like you’re driving a car with the brake on at work. Pluto will also be aspecting Mars at this time and together they may be the answer to getting unstuck at work. That is, if you’re wiling to take a risk and look for another situation where you’d be more appreciated. Jupiter is the planetary ruler of your sign and this week it will enter Scorpio and cross the threshold into your House of Secrets. This is a very protective influence and could bring either moral support or financial help from a sympathetic friend or family member.

Capricorn- Pluto in your sign for the last minute has been like having the “Tibetan Book of the Dead” performed in your living room, although for the time being the Bardos containing the demons may be over. Jupiter entering Scorpio in your House of Hopes and Dreams at the same time as a Cancer Moon arrives in your House of Partnerships could bring a new friend or special someone into your life. Expect this person to be attracted to who you’re evolving into and not who you’ve been. Over the weekend Venus coming home to Libra and the Moon cruising into Leo will amp up your charisma, so make sure you’re out and about for the world to see. Mr. Saturn may even lower his shades to check you out!

Aquarius- With the lower part of your chart containing only Neptune in Pisces, Uranus in Aries, and the Moon, which will enter Cancer mid-week, this could be perhaps the most anxious you have felt in a while. When Jupiter enters Scorpio it will be crossing your mid-heaven, so be careful your pride doesn’t become your Achilles heel. Venus returning home to Libra is a good thing, but for you it may be no more than a nervous smile trying to hide some serious anger. After all, Pluto in your House of Secrets has been harboring more than a little resentment for a while. A word to the wise, Mr. Saturn has your House of Secrets scheduled for an audit at year’s end, so for now just try to breathe until Pluto and his work can be accounted for.

Pisces- With Uranus and Pluto camped out in two of your three money Houses, finances have been quite erratic for some time now. However, with Venus entering your House of Legacies, a welcome balance is now being introduced to that third money House so take a deep breath and relax. Jupiter entering Scorpio combined with the Moon in Cancer mid-week will serve to ignite your intuition and you may come up with some clever (and profitable) ideas. If you’ve been unemployed (or under employed) as of late, the Moon in Leo over the weekend could bring a lead for a new job. Mr. Saturn in your House of Career would add,“just make sure you’re scrubbed up right for any interview, appearances count.”
