Weekly Horoscopes for 1/14-1/20, 2019
Hi kids!!! Welcome back to Mister Saturn’s Stars.
We’re now experiencing the longest government shutdown in our country’s history….After giving it some thought, I would be willing to compromise the money for a wall if it could be built around the Mafia in the White House and the cowardly Republicans in the Senate… then I would add some bars on the windows and the rest of us could get on with being Americans…..what do you think?
Aries- Having Mars in your sign for approximately the next month should give you a significant burst of energy, especially this week as he aligns with Venus in your House of Philosophy to inspire you to believe that the world is your oyster. Add Jupiter to this mix and luck should literally be falling from the skies. In the meantime, Neptune behind the scenes will likely inspire practical Saturn with some extra imagination so that whatever you focus your considerable energy on will likely be a success. The only downside to all this could be a square between Neptune and Jupiter, which might see you as the poster child for the saying, “all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” Realize you’re ahead of the curve and try to lighten up.
Taurus- Venus in your House of Transformation working in tandem with Mars behind the scenes could make you feel like you need to break out of your daily routine and try something new. Jupiter right there alongside Venus would indicate that thinking outside of the box could lead to some unexpected luck, although try to look before you leap, especially as Neptune in your House of Friends moves into a square with Jupiter and someone who you think has your back actually doesn’t. Be careful. Even though you may be feeling adventurous now, don’t ignore Saturn moving toward Pluto in your House of Philosophy; changes are coming, just try to make sure that you’re going with the flow and not being led around by your impatience.
Gemini- As Venus and Jupiter move closer together in your House of Partnerships and align with Mars in your House of Groups, it will be easy for you to believe that you’re pulling all the right strings and that nothing can beat you. The fatal flaw here might be the transit of Neptune through your House of Public Image as it squares both Venus and Jupiter and you slowly start to realize all those people you thought were your friends and allies actually aren’t. In fact, as Saturn and Pluto move through your House of Shared Resources you may actually get quite a rude awakening as you watch the rats you though you were in control of trampling each other to get off your suddenly sinking ship. As the Sun moves into Aquarius to end the week it will be squaring unpredictable Uranus, which could find you under sudden attack from someone you least expected. As you will soon learn, there is no honor among thieves.
Cancer- Neptune transiting through your House of Philosophy as of late has probably had you feeling like you don’t know which end is up as you oscillate back and forth between feeling energetic and exhausted. Nevertheless, this week could turn out to be a real surprise as Venus and Jupiter move closer together in your House of Work and slide into a power alignment with Mars in your House of Career. If you’re willing to be a little more aggressive than usual you could manipulate yourself into a better position than you ever thought was possible; have a little faith and let the force be with you. Saturn and Pluto in your House of Partnerships moving into a mutual aspect with Mars will be asking you to rethink the power dynamic in just about all of your relationships. After all, why is it that you’re the only one who feels guilty expressing (and going after) what you need?
Leo- As the Sun moves into your House of Relationships you will likely notice that your perspective is changing about your interactions with others. Mars in your House of Philosophy is no doubt fueling this new attitude, especially as he aligns with Venus entering your House of Creativity and you feel a need to re-examine exactly what it is you’re getting out of some of your long term associations. Neptune in your House of Transformation squaring Jupiter in your House of Fun will no doubt burst the bubble that makes you believe you have to take care of everything instead of others doing for themselves, while Saturn and Pluto in your House of Routines will be saying, “enough of this shit” as you leave the vampires to their own devices and hang up the “Out to Lunch” sign.
Virgo- Mars in your House of Transformation aligning with both Venus and Jupiter in your House of Foundations are trying to tell you, “if not now, when?” in regards to making a move toward a long held dream. At the same time an extended transit of Neptune in your House of Relationships is squaring Venus and Jupiter and likely making you feel worried about what the reaction of a partner may be when you announce what you want to do. Saturn and Pluto in your House of Creativity would indicate that if you ever hope to change your situation then you should start laying the foundations now. When the Sun enters your House of Routines later in the week and moves into a square with Uranus on the cusp between your Houses of Transformation and Philosophy, the writing will be on the wall for your circumstances to change no matter what you do, so, you might as well take the tiger by the tail instead of waiting to see if he eats you first.
Libra- This is the time when you should be reaching out to see if the world is interested in whatever it is you have. Charming Venus and lucky Jupiter are together in your House of Communication and as they combine with Mars in your House of Relationships you should have the charisma and energy to accomplish whatever you have your sights set on. Saturn and Pluto in your House of Foundations would further indicate that the time for meaningful change has come, and as they both align with Neptune in your House of Routines you’ll have the correct mix of imagination and empirical awareness to forge ahead and blaze some new trails. If you’re still worried about how things will pan out try to remember, having confidence means believing in yourself enough to take a chance. After all, sometimes success is an intuitive thing, not a logical one.
Scorpio- Venus and Jupiter in your House of Self Worth aligning with Mars in your House of Work this week should end up giving you the golden touch so that everything you attempt will likely yield success. On the other hand, as Neptune squares Jupiter and Venus, make sure you’re not offering all this talent to others out of the goodness of your heart, especially if there could be a little more in it for you. The reality is you’ll probably not going to be offered anything extra for your efforts, which means you’ll have to do a little hustling. Saturn and Pluto together in your House of Communication should give you the chutzpah to broker the optimum deal, while Neptune in your House of Creativity should make you quite charming (in a very non-threatening way) so what are you waiting for? “Show me the money!!!”
Sagittarius- As Jupiter and Venus transit your sign this week you’ll likely be sparkling like one of Liberace’s sports jackets. Add to this the fact that Mars is moving through your House of Creativity and it would be fair to say that very little should be able to stop you now, that is, if you can mange not to get distracted. I mention this because Neptune has been lingering for a while at the bottom of your chart, which means that it’s squaring that lucky combo of Jupiter and Venus and making it quite possible that you could feel so good now that you’ll want to relax and goof off instead of pushing ahead and making all this surplus charisma work for you. Let Saturn in your House of Self Worth show you what’s necessary as he barks like a Drill Sargent and cracks his whip, because face it, that’s exactly what your lazy ass needs if you’re ever going to make something of yourself.
Capricorn- With Jupiter and Venus behind the scenes in your chart aligning with Mars at your Foundation, you can’t help but feel as if the earth is moving under your feet every time a certain someone gives you that look. At the same time, Uranus on the cusp of your House of Romance is aligning with the Sun in your House of Self Worth, making it feel as if one of Cupid’s arrows has hit your Achilles Heel and you are falling into a topsy- turvy world where you’re as disoriented as Alice tumbling down the rabbit hole. Don’t worry though…in a way it’s kind of fun, isn’t it? There’s nothing like a little romance to make you feel as if you’re being born and dying, all at the same time; totally transcendental, hay? Hahaha.
Aquarius- You may get a very important lesson this week about confidence, so make sure you’re paying attention. Your usual approach is to go right after what you want, however, it may actually be in your best interests at this time if you can instead be patient and let the world come to you. Mars in your House of Communication would speak to your ambition, while Venus and Jupiter in your House of Groups would speak to you having a great deal of charm and finesse to direct these desires constructively. Neptune in your House of Self Worth is more about intuition than logic, while at the same time Saturn, Mercury, and Pluto behind the scenes will require you to be patient and attentive. All in all if you can center yourself and go with the flow there should be no stopping you.
Pisces- You should feel quite ambitious this week as Mars in your House of Self Worth aligns nicely with charming Venus and lucky Jupiter in your House of Career. However, with Neptune in your sign there is always a chance that you could get distracted, although with Saturn, Mercury, and Pluto all in your House of Dreams you should be able to keep your eye on the prize and move steadily toward achieving your goals. As the Sun enters your House of Secrets later in the week it might be a good idea to reflect on what’s driving you and make sure that all your urges to succeed are coming from a healthy place and not any subconscious feelings of inadequacy or insecurity. Success is feeling good about yourself and then acting on it, not needing to achieve something to feel good about yourself.
