Weekly Horoscopes for 9/24- 9/30, 2018
Hi kids!!! Welcome back to Mr. Saturn’s Stars.
On Monday there will be a Full Harvest Moon ushering in the week as Ms. Christine Blasey Ford is set to testify on Thursday before the all male Senate Judiciary Committe regarding her allegations of Sexual Misconduct against Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
It was 27 years ago (approximately the duration of a Saturn Return) when Anita Hill testified against Clarence Thomas and made an obscure porn star named “Long Dong Silver” into a household name of sorts. Back then Anita was by herself and the boys club won out, now though Ms. Ford has the #metoo movement behind her…..and, for what it’s worth, Mr. Saturn as well……Let justice be done.
Aries- With a Full Harvest Moon in your sign to start the week, plus Mars in your House of Groups and the Sun in your House of Partnerships, it’s time to move forward with any collaborative projects that may have been languishing during this past summer of retrograde planets. Saturn in your House of Career may still throw a few obstacles in your way, however, if these matters are taken care of in a timely fashion, you may be surprised to discover that you’ve made lemonade out of lemons and it’s quite tasty. Both Venus and Jupiter are in your House of Transformation now, so try to look at any changes that come along as opportunities rather than inconveniences and you should end up “aw-ight,” like a one-eyed cat sitting in a seafood store.
Taurus- The Full Moon this week will occur behind the scenes in your chart and should serve as a motivator to help you focus on what needs to be done. Mars in your House of Career aligning with the Sun and Mercury in your House of Work will make you more ambitious than usual, so make sure your energy is channeled into activities that will provide long term benefits as well as immediate enjoyment. Jupiter and Venus in your House of Relationships will give you an intuitive edge in your dealings with others, so follow the tingles of your spidey sense to wherever they may lead; especially if it involves foreign travel or any exotic strangers.
Gemini- You could be torn this week between the needs of your career and the desires of a loved one; what to do? The Sun and Mercury in your House of Romance will be pushing for play time, while the Full Moon in your House of Groups will have you facing responsibilities either on the job or involving a project that means a lot to you. Mars in your House of Philosophy will have you believing that you can be all things to all people, just be careful you don’t end up burning out like “Jumpin’ Jack Flash” after trying to burn the candle at both ends. Venus and Jupiter in your House of Health might be an indication that you could benefit from some form of inner healing like reiki, homeopathy, or even psychoanalysis, that is, if you’re willing to sit still long enough.
Cancer- The Full Moon this week will be in your House of Career and as it aligns with Mars in your House of Transformation and the Sun illuminating the depths of your chart, be prepared to push or be pushed forward in the job arena. Jupiter in your House of Creativity aligning with Pluto in your House of Partnerships likely means someone in a position of power has high expectations for you, despite any misgivings you may have about them (or yourself). Saturn aligning with the Moon conjunct Uranus later in the week may end up being your Neo moment from the Matrix, you know, when he pulls down the helicopter? Can’t you just hear Morpheus commenting to Trinity, “I think he’s starting to believe.”
Leo- Refraining from choosing is still making a choice, so get ready for shit to happen this week whether you like it or not. The Full Moon will be in your House of Philosophy and as it aligns with Mars in your House of Partnerships and the Sun in your House of Communication, be prepared to take charge before you’re forced to play catch up with someone who’s trying to take away what’s yours. Take a stand if you have to, but also be willing to cooperate if it’s in your best interest, after all, half of something is better than all of nothing. Consider trying to smooth out the lines of communication with a loved one, especially since Venus and Jupiter are in your House of Home; a simple apology if you’ve been wrong will set things right.
Virgo- You’ve been caught up in day-to-day challenges for so long now that it’s only just starting to dawn on you that your life has suddenly turned into something unrecognizable. Who are you? What are you doing, and why? The Full Moon in your House of Transformation opposing the Sun and Mercury in your House of Self Worth has you asking these questions because you are beginning to realize without others needing something you don’t know what you want. Jupiter and Venus in your House of Communication aligning with Pluto in your House of Creativity represents your burning artistic desire that’s all dressed up with no place to go….so what are you waiting for? Neptune in your House of Relationships is saying, “Don’t ask for permission, ask for forgiveness”…..are you listening?
Libra- With the Full Moon in your House of Partnerships aligning with Mars in your House of Creativity, a project that’s been very near and dear to you may be on the verge of finding a home. Venus and Jupiter in your House of Earnings aligning with Pluto and Saturn in your House of Foundations could see someone willing to make an investment in something you’ve done that could open the door for you to a new kind of life. Uranus retrograde in your House of Transformation will make the whole scenario seem like some sort of mystical coincidence, but don’t believe for one second that you’re struggles over the last few years haven’t had anything to do with what’s happening. Like in “Field of Dreams” when Kevin Costner thinks the whole thing was for Shoeless Joe, but then the ghost of Joe say’s, “No, it was you.”
Scorpio- Your head may be filled now with ideas of richer pastures, but be careful, have you ever heard the expression, the grass always seems greener on the other side of the fence? The Full Moon in your House of Routines and Mars squaring Uranus may have you feeling stuck and wanting to change just for change’s sake, but with the Sun illuminating your House of Confinement and Mercury recording it all, maybe you should take a moment to consider that perhaps what you’re really trying to do is run away from yourself? Venus and Jupiter in your sign aligning with Neptune and Pluto will allow you to manifest just about anything you need, but perhaps all you really should be concerned with is a clean, well lit inner temple?
Sagittarius- Mars squaring Uranus brings confrontations, accidents, and mishaps of all kinds, yet sometimes these unfortunate occurrences are designed to slow our asses down because we’re breezing through life too quickly and heading straight to hell without really thinking about it too much. When one is forced to stop, one is also forced to think, and that, my Centaur friend, can be the most excruciating thing of all for someone who has just been going through the motions. The Full Moon in your House of Creativity aligning with Mars in your House of Communication, along with Uranus retrograde in your House of Work aligning with Saturn in your House of Self Worth, are all trying to flag you down and get you looking in another direction, specifically within yourself, where Jupiter and Venus are waiting with all you need to make Magick happen; namely confidence and self love.
Capricorn- If you don’t like where you are or what’s going on in your life, then change something (hint…maybe try starting with yourself?). The Full Moon in your House of Home aligning with Mars in your House of Self Worth would suggest it’s time to let your thoughts be known if a relationship or living situation is starting to unravel. Uranus retrograde in your House of Creativity squaring the aforementioned Mars might be making you feel like you should just leave the situation, but didn’t you do that a while ago to get where you currently are and now the same shit’s happening again? Yes? Then don’t run away, instead fearlessly go within and ask yourself what you want; and if that doesn’t work then honestly ask yourself who you are (better question). Jupiter and Venus in your House of Dreams are only waiting on your marching orders.
Aquarius- With Mars in your sign and the Aries Full Harvest Moon in your House of Communications, you will no doubt be willing to express your opinions to whoever is willing to listen (and even to those who are not willing to listen). Uranus retrograde at your Foundation will be squaring the aforementioned Mars, so be careful at just how much you spout off, for with Saturn behind the scenes squaring the Sun you may inadvertently end up projecting hang-ups onto innocent bystanders rather than viable opinions. Venus and Jupiter in Scorpio and your House of Public Image would suggest you err on the side of silence when you’re out and about, especially since Neptune in your House of Self Worth could cause you to misspeak and we’ve all had just about enough of alternate facts for the foreseeable future; thank you!
Pisces- The Full Harvest Moon in Aries may have you starting off this week feeling a little edgy, especially with Mars behind the scenes squaring Uranus in your House of Communications. Try to think before you speak or you may end up having to defend yourself after you speak. Listen to the advice of Venus in your House of Philosophy and Saturn in your House of Dreams as they ask you to try to be patient and realize Rome wasn’t built in a day. The Sun and Mercury in the sign of Libra and your House of Transformation could provide the necessary diplomatic skills to get through this touchy time, that is, if you can let go of defining yourself by what you don’t have and instead start appreciating yourself for everything you are.
